Our “Why”
At Francis Owen, we know all too well what it feels like to have your life changed through no fault of your own. When you’re faced with a life-changing injury or diagnosis, the rest of the world seems to blur around you. We spend most of our lives stressing over the things that, in reality, are not the things we need to stress over; traffic, work, our appearance, the list goes on. All of this can seem trivial when your health and wellbeing are suddenly taken away from you. It’s normal to go through life and think, “thank goodness I never have to worry about that,” or “that could never happen to me.” This defensive attribution is how we cope with the unpredictable chaos of the world around us. It’s human nature.
Unfortunately, those awful events do happen and can leave you wondering, “will I ever be the same?” or “how will I take care of my family now?” In that moment, you realize how important it is to pick the right advocate. Do you want someone who will let the bullies control the narrative of what value your life holds? Do you want someone who views your case as just another number in their mill? Or do you want someone who has been through the tough stuff before, someone who understands and will be your champion and is not going to back down?
When we take cases, we are all in. We are always ready to go to trial and make sure that you get peace of mind when all is said and done. By having a smaller case load, we are able to devote our time to our clients and treat them the way would want to be treated. We will always be honest with you and make sure you understand the full picture.
When you’re ready to reclaim what’s yours after a life changing injury, we’ll be ready to help you.
